electrician needed to repair outdoor outlet

I have an outdoor outlet that no longer works. The line comes from the side of the house, into a planter, and then the conduit had a plum tree grow around it, then a dead outlet. See pictures. I am not sure where the line loses power. Id like to keep it 110 (unless a 220 conversion is somehow the same amount of work) and a GFCI outlet rated for outdoor, im planning on plugging in a hot tub to this eventually. Experienced, liscensed electricians only please. Ill pay 50/hr and all necessary parts (theres an Ace hardware nearby that should have everything) Please be local and close to Fairfax.
