We are currently hiring for Drivers (starting at $20+ DOE), Warehouse (starting at $18+ DOE) and Merchandisers (starting at $17+ DOE, Must have car & insurance. Gas Card and Car allowance provided). **** FULLTIME and PARTTIME AVAILABLE ***** ******MUST PROVIDE RESUME AND ASVISE WHICH POSITION YOU ARE APPLYING FOR*********** ***MERCHANDISER: ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Builds creative, accessible displays in retail accounts using appropriate point of sales material. Displays should be visible, priced correctly and rotated when appropriate. • Establishes and maintains a professional level of rapport with retail personnel. • Assist sales department. • Follow up on all request and commitments made to the retailer. • Assistant sales representative in cooler resets, product rotation and developing sales opportunities. • Merchandise shelf area (shelf strips, cooler stickers, etc.) and stock company products on shelves as needed. • Consistently manage breakage (identify and communicate). • Assist in set up and execution of special promotions and on premise nights. • Stock and Rotate shelves from backroom inventories as required. • Rotate backroom stock and keep organized to company standards. • Install permanent point-of-sale in the most visible and dominant locations in retail accounts. • Attend periodic meetings to discuss sales goals, new product, etc. • Report on significant competitive activity. Report all competitive prices to management immediately. • Perform other duties as assigned. Work schedule 7:30am to 4:00pm. Half hour lunch required by law. Any and all deviations, overtime, and PTO must be approved by manager. • Time sheets must be accurately completed, approved and submitted before Monday morning at 10am before bi-weekly payroll to office manager. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: • Must have reliable transportation, maintain an acceptable driving record and valid drivers’ license, and maintain auto insurance coverage in the minimum amount specified by the company. • Accurately complete all internal control records, forms and reports in a timely manner. • Ability to use a variety of hardware tools, including a hacksaw, drill, screwdriver, staple gun, etc. Prefer knowledge of merchandising procedure (displays, point-of-sale, tools, paperwork, etc.). • Ability to work well as part of a team and with minimal supervision. • Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills. • Ability to manage priorities, workflow and meet deadlines. • High School Diploma, some college preferred. • 1-4 years hands-on experience. • Basic computer skills and word processing. • Ability to sort, check, count, and verify numbers • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently • Ability to listen, communicate (written and verbal), excellent grammar, spelling and proof reading skills and follow-up effectively with all staffing levels and clients/customers • Ability to work independently, self-starter, energetic • Ability to demonstrate good common sense and follow management direction • Ability to perform at high levels in a fast paced ever-changing work environment • Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction Physical: • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following: • Lift up to 40 pounds without assistance, ability to bend stoop and twist repeatedly. • Maintain a neat, well-groomed appearance creating a favorable image and maintain proper conduct. Steel toe boots and gloves required. **** WAREHOUSE: ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES GENERAL SUMMARY: Assist with the operation of a warehouse or storeroom; receiving, stocking, processing and distributing product. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: (These are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work performed. The omission of specific duties does not exclude them from the position if the work is similar, related, or a logical assignment to the position.) • Receive, inspect and store all warehouse stock. • Pull beer/non alcoholic products from shelves and prepare them for delivery to customers. • Fill orders for supplies and equipment as requested. • Help take periodic inventories. • Maintain the warehouse in a neat and orderly fashion. • Ensure that all paperwork is properly executed. • Load delivery trucks for disbursement of goods. • Perform related tasks as required. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES General knowledge of storeroom and inventory practices; ability to count and inspect a variety of product and materials accurately and thoroughly; ability to maintain records; ability to operate forklift and common warehouse equipment; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates; ability to follow oral and written instructions. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Graduation from high school. A comparable amount of training and experience may be substituted for the minimum qualifications. • 4-6 years hands-on experience. • Ability to sort, check, count, and verify numbers • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently • Ability to listen, communicate and follow direction effectively with all staffing levels and clients/customers • Ability to work independently, self-starter, energetic • Ability to demonstrate good common sense and follow management direction • Ability to perform at high levels in a fast paced ever-changing work environment • Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Standing, walking, moving, climbing, carrying, bending, kneeling, crawling, reaching, handling, pushing, and pulling. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to lift or move 160lbs.
