Mr or Ms Fixit, where are you? Full time, Part time, or Temporary We need your help! We are a property management company based in SF, and we’re looking for one or two people to join us to help keep our properties looking good and functioning well. Do you like to fix things and make look and work better, and have people appreciate what you do? If so, we need you! During a typical day, you will drive a company work van, stocked with tools and supplies, throughout our service area, making simple household repairs and sometimes exterior site improvements. Most of our properties are in SF, but some are in other outlying areas. Experience in how to make common household repairs is preferred, but we may train if you have have aptitude for this type of work. Employment Details While there can be some flexibility, normal work schedule is M-F 930 - 430 You should be in reasonably good physical condition Starting pay $24/hr; increase after 30 day probation period Musts: organized/enjoy helping people/good driving record/positive energy Typical Tasks Minor household repairs Sweep up/mop up jobs Deliveries/pickups Property Inspections Experience Preferred The ideal candidate for this position is organized and likes to fix things. While some training is provided, some experience/knowledge of building repairs is important. Those who enjoy good organization and putting things into order are preferred. The Future?
