Shop Assistant, starting at $15/hr 20hr a week. Could increase to $20 if proven I am building a food truck and I need some assistance in the shop. This may be a short-term gig depending on how things go. Specifically: * Holding the back of nuts on a tall ladder. * Lifting some equipment in the truck. * Electrical wiring. * Plumbing * Gas hookup * Painting * Dump/Material runs Other misc. tasks may include: Wood working: * Accurately cutting 2x4's with a miter saw * Accurately building boxes and things to enhance shop * Bonus: Design your own things and use my tools * Metal working * Help with holding and cutting metal for various enclosures * Welding/Plasma skills would be a plus * Power tools experience is a requirement Computer: * CAD, Inventor, drawing plans, finding/ordering parts * Automated machine operation: CNC, 3d Printing, etc Misc skills: * Self taught, self starter * Creative and intuitive * Going to the store to get materials/tools * Taking vehicles to the shop for maintenance or scheduling maintenance * Vehicle maintenance such as oil changes Food Service: * After the truck is done, I'll be looking for a truck manager. * Experience with food trucks or food service would be a plus. These will not all happen everyday. The point is the daily work could vary because there are many things going on in a shop and construction environment.
