We are looking for an upbeat and positive Driver and Junk Hauler to join our growing Big Haul team. What do we do? We help individuals and businesses remove any unwanted items and take them to various recycling centers, donation sites, or transfer stations. We service the greater Seattle area from Everett to Federal Way. We are looking for someone who works hard, is reliable, and doesn't mind getting dirty. Someone who is good with people will do really well in this position. Starting wage is $16/hr. There is opportunity to receive tips. Our more experienced crew average an extra $1000 per month in tips. Any recycling income, we allow our teams to keep. With tips, you can earn up to $31/hr. Duties: Fulfill driver and sometimes navigator responsibilities Provide WOW! customer service Load a variety of items into the truck (can be heavy lifting) Sort loads into recycle, donation, and refuse, then deliver accordingly Problem solve and push through any difficult jobs Requirements: Valid Driver License Clean or relatively clean driving record (MVR check required) Be able to do heavy lifting (couches, refrigerators, etc...) Be comfortable driving a box truck Be able to work Sunday, Mondays, and a versatile schedule Professional and positive with a good attitude Work as part of a team
