Looking for EXPERIENCED candidates in floor care for a reputed FM company having long term contracts with clients in Pacific Northwest. A great company with a friendly work culture and opportunity to grow. Job Skills Summary: Maintain Carpeted floors & Hard floors throughout Client locations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Carpet cleaning (low moisture encapsulation/dry cleaning and extraction) Must be knowledgeable to use the carpet cleaning and care equipment. • Scrubbing, stripping, sealing, waxing, and spray buffing hard surface floors • Must be able to operate high and low speed buffers up to 24 inch and 3000 RPM • Must be able to operate and maintain all floor cleaning/finishing equipment to include but not limited to: floor buffer/ burnishes, water extraction machine, and carpet cleaning equipment • Follow established safety precautions for cleaning and maintaining all areas of the facility. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: As a floor tech you are required to spend on-the-job time on the following physical activities: • Stand • Walk • Lift/Climb • Talk/Hear • Use hands to finger, handle or feel • Reach with hands or arms The Weight or Force requirement in this position is: • Up to 45 pounds VISION REQUIREMENT: • This position requires to have close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less), and color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors). • Depth perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships) • Ability to adjust focus (ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus) Please click on reply to email your resume or Text / call : 425-998-3011 - We e-verify.
