Seeking experienced full time Maintenance / Painters for unit turns at various Seattle locations. Painters Monday- Friday, No weekends and No Holidays ($18.00- $26.00 an hour) Duties include the following: -Drywall Repair -Texture -Painting -Light plumbing -Light electrical -Appliance installation Skills Desired: -Must have basic tools -Driver's license -Vehicle Required ( No Bus!) -Solid work reference REQUIRED -Organized and Professional Day Porters ($16.00-$17.50 an hour) 1 full time position Seattle Day shift, Monday - Friday, No weekends, No holidays 1 Full time position Kirkland Day shift, Various days Clean amenity rooms Rest rooms Empty Trash Sanitize Gym Equipment light grounds keeping Experience is a plus but not required, will train.
