NEW LENOX, IL — The New Lenox Community Park District and the New Lenox Chamber of Commerce will host the annual Chasing the Sunk 5K at 7 p.m. June 3. The race and fitness walk is an evening chip-timed race, starting and finishing in the New Lenox Commons, according to the park district website. Participants will get a slice of pizza after the race finish. You can register for the race online; it is $30 to register before June 1. The race is for all ages, and includes an electronic chip race bib and swag bag.
