LOS ANGELES, CA — Police are investigating the death of a man whose body was found on the roof of a downtown building Monday morning. The discovery was made shortly after 4:30 a.m. in the fish market area in the 500 block of Ceres Avenue, according to Los Angeles Police department Officer Lizeth Lomeli.
