Canoga Park Gym Evacuated Due To Excessive Chlorine

LOS ANGELES, CA — A gym in Canoga Park was evacuated Monday because of a possible excess of chlorine used in the swimming pool. A Lod Angeles Fire Department hazardous materials team has been called to the scene. The problem was reported at about 1 p.m. in the 22000 block of West Sherman Way. Firefighters were working to check the level of chlorine, the Los Angeles Fire Department. No injuries were immediately reported. City News Service and Patch Staffer contributed to this report.
