Above Ground Pool - need help

Hello, I have an above-ground pool that needs work. We need to insulate it, install the liner and get it all ready. I pay cash and was hoping to get this done for $250-$500. It is probably a day of work for somebody who knows what he is doing. I will get everything that is needed to get the project done the very same day (or in two days).
