We are looking for participants who live in Charleston, Berkeley and Dorchester Counties for an upcoming jury research study conducted by a Charleston, S.C. law firm. This session will be held IN PERSON on Daniel Island in Charleston, S.C. JUNE 12, 2021, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. SIGN UP NOW: To qualify, just answer a few short questions (5 minutes or less). Qualified respondents get $10 after signing up and scheduling. If selected for a panel, you will receive an email or a phone call from us, and will be paid $200 CASH for participating in a full day research panel. Studies are conducted with 8-10 mock jurors by Clawson & Staubes, LLC, a multi-state law firm based in Charleston, S.C. Sam Clawson conducts jury research projects for attorneys who are seeking to learn how a jury might react to certain facts and legal issues. These are real cases awaiting a trial date. Generally, they're substantial and interesting. You'd be expected to be attentive and share your opinions and attitudes about the case confidentially. As we seek a diverse group of participants, individuals will be selected on the basis of their responses to a written survey. We take pandemic safety seriously, and will require masks, social distancing, and symptom checks for this in-person event. Vaccinated jurors are strongly requested.
