Lowcountry Pool and Spa is looking for a hardworking individual that is confident in their ability to problem solve while being a responsible, safe leader. The Pool Foreman will construct swimming pools and spas under the direction of the company Project Manager. The ideal candidates have construction, mechanical, electrical, plaster/concrete pools, and / or pool experience, are detail oriented, follows directions, can take constructive criticism professionally, and is willing to exhaust all efforts to figure out a problem. We are a local premier swimming pool builder & service company located in Mount Pleasant, SC. We are a family owned company for 27 years and counting. We are a full-service company with a sought-out name and impeccable reputation for our high-quality custom pools as well as pool cleaning and repairs. We are customer-service driven and work with high-end clients as well as the top home builders in the area. We pride ourselves on efficiency, communication, and teamwork. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Arrive at job-site on time, ready to work • Ability to read and scale plans, use tape measure, square strings • Must have computer skills, we handle our business electronically • Use heavy equipment such as, Skid Steer, Transit laser, Bobcat’s, etc. • Strictly adhere to Safety Policies and Procedures. • Demonstrate initiative in execution of assigned tasks. • Willing to train motivated crew members. • Thorough knowledge of the occupational hazards and safety precautions of the work being performed. • Basic understanding of the fundamental principles of structural concrete • Makes proper repairs as necessary and immediately reports any deficiencies which may present safety or quality concerns to supervisor. •Able to lift up to 80lbs •SC DRIVER LICENCE REQUIRED If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact Lowcountry Custom Pool and Spa through this posting.
