If you are a driven, reliable individual, CALL US TODAY! (704)525-8806 Job Description... This is a hot, sweaty, dirty job as we are not climate controlled in our warehouse. We are looking to hire someone in our warehouse as a “floater” type position in our shipping/receiving and pipe shop area. It is a full-time position with standard hours 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday thru Friday. Bilingual is a plus, but is not mandatory. Job duties include but not limited to: • Person needs to be mechanically inclined and like working with their hands. We use bandsaws, threading machines, milling machines, lathes, Enerpac hydraulic equipment, sandblasting equipment, and grinders in our pipe shop along with standard tools. • Person will be shipping/receiving material via UPS, Fed Ex, and standard motor freight companies. • Person will be using a forklift - if no previous experience, training is available. • Person needs to be able to lift 50lbs. • Would be a plus if person knows how to stick weld but not mandatory. • Person will be working with fiberglass products and if they have sensitive skin this is not the position for them. For example, if they have put fiberglass insulation in a house and it made them itch, this will probably not work. Looking for an energetic, self-motivated person that may be interested in advancing to a sales position. Starting pay is at $14.00-$15.00 per hour depending on experience, with plenty of opportunity to grow.
