Landscape Foreman and Laborers Job is Full-time Qualifications: • Colorado driver’s license (Foreman, required ) • Clean MVR (Foreman, required) • Transportation to and from work Job Description: JBK Landscape, LLC is seeking individuals with experience in landscape maintenance and/or landscape construction for our Denver/Aurora operation. • If applying as a Foreman (Keyman) 3 years of leadership in the industry is required • If applying as a Laborer 1 years of industry experience is preferred JBK Landscape, LLC has been a major player in Denver’s landscape design, construction and maintenance scene since 1975. Our maintenance and landscape construction crews serve as JBK’s frontline workers and represent the heart of our company. Throughout our 45 year history we’ve cultivated successful, long-term relationships with HOA’s of all sizes, commercial properties and residential clients. The backbone and foundation of this success is the hard working men and women in the field. Job Expectations and preferred skills: • Keyman (foreman) – previous supervisory role in the landscape or service industry • Bilingual ability a plus • Scheduling, training, safety oversight and achieving budgeted hours • Equipment – working knowledge of a wide variety of lawn maintenance tools, construction equipment and safety requirements • Ability to communicate with a diverse group of people from landscape architects to laborers to clients to mechanics is a must • Responsible for crew truck, daily safety inspections and cleanliness • Understanding quality of work expectations, and budgeted hours per job • Required – snow removal. As part of the team you will be assigned responsibilities and/or a crew • Laborers – show up every morning, listen to instruction, learn from mistakes, take pride in a job well done, sleep well every night • Lawn maintenance – mow/trim/edge, sod installation, fertilization, aeration, pruning, etc. • Support the team and crew by following safety protocols, maintaining tools/equipment and truck • Required – snow removal.
