Looking for dedicated crew members to join Yates and Sons Landscape Management team. Experience is a plus but we can train. Pay depends on experience base pay starting at $13 an hour. Looking for employees that want to grow with the company and take leadership positions in the future. The Crew Member performs a variety of landscape activities, such as planting, spreading topsoil and other materials, general lawn maintenance, seasonal lawn preparation and hardscape construction under general supervision. The Crew Member will also operate a variety of mechanical equipment including but not limited to mowers, track hoes, dingos, tillers, weed eaters, plant augers, chain saws, and drills. Must have valid drivers license, be 18 years or older and be able to pass a drug test. Call or text 828-803-1726.
