We are seeking a self-motivated individual who desires to grow and develop with a progressive agricultural company. We are looking to hire someone who is thinking long-term employment with an opportunity to learn and grow with the business. Agriculture interest and experience a plus. -Help with all phases of hay production -Must be able to drive trucks (automatic/manual) and be comfortable pulling trailers -Assist with other general farm duties as required. -A self-starter with excellent time management skills, a good work ethic, and positive attitude is a must -Must have excellent verbal communication skills -Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs. and stand for long periods of time - Driver’s license is required - Candidates must have the ability to work extended hours during peak seasons.
