Part-time cleaner needed for two neighboring affordable housing communities. Schedule is 5-6 hours per day, Monday-Friday. Exact schedule to be determined during interview process. Duties include but are not limited to cleaning of building common areas, restrooms, laundry room, trash rooms, stairwells, and office. Heavy vacuuming, dusting, and mopping required. Must possess the ability to communicate effectively and have superior customer service skills. Must undergo criminal screening.
