Need someone to share single bedroom apartment in house so as not to lose it. Nice front yard, medium-sized kitchen, washer& dryer, large drawing room and dining room. Rent is $650.00 a month. I will cover electricity and cable. We can toss to see who sleeps in bedroom or living room. Need response before June 1st.
Must have a job and definitely no criminal records. Will conduct background check. Will make exception for single mother with child.
