I am moving and I’m in need of a handyman to work for me for a few days over the next three weeks. Some of the work includes: Patch drywall, spot paint, cover up nail holes Installing a new faucet Touching up kitchen cabinets with sanding/paint Fix gate on fence Change out 5-10 boards on pier Changing light bulbs through house Caulk showers and toilets Change bolt locks Sanding some chew spots on porch Basically everything needed to get my house ready for sale. All materials you need to do the work will be provided. I have some tools but I recommend you bring your own in case I don’t have what you need. The work can be done over a period of 2-3+ weeks. Payment is $18 - $28 per hour depending on experience and quality of work completed. I am also willing to per-job pricing that we can negotiate prior to starting, that is up to you.
