If you have 2+ years of experience as a Technician we have a full-time, direct hire Field Service Engineer role that offers lots of opportunities for growth, competitive pay, and great benefits! A leading commercial kitchen equipment repair company that specializes in commercial appliances, food service equipment as well as HVAC equipment is looking add to their team. For 80 years, this company has focused on providing the highest level of customer service with over 25 locations across the country. Having built and established relationships with 400+ food equipment manufacturers, they have created a stronghold within the foodservice industry. They place a large focus on training and developing their Field Service Engineers. They make growth and education a priority and support training certifications. As a Technician, you will continue the company’s mission to provide the highest level of service to all clients. You will report to the Branch Manager and work independently unless the specific task calls for additional support. Field Service Engineer Responsibilities: • Professionally communicating service needs and recommendations • Properly troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial cooking, refrigeration, and/or HVAC equipment. • Consulting with the Parts & Service Departments to get parts ordered follow up calls scheduled You will be successful in this role if you are a self-starter and are able to manage your workload to meet deadlines in a busy environment.
