WE'RE HIRING A HANDYMAN Seeking skilled professionals with at least one year of experience required. A handyman is responsible for performing a range of maintenance duties for our design and construction business, either as a contract worker or member of the maintenance department. Your responsibilities include fixing plumbing systems, providing repair guidance, cleaning and remodeling community spaces, and performing repair assessments. The ideal candidate will be looking to make a career with the company and express interest in repairing and assessing damages. Job Responsibilities: - Clean facilities by sweeping, dusting, etc. - Perform maintenance and light repairs. - Framing and finish work. - Identify and report the need for significant repairs. - Work with a desire to learn the trade, be advanced, and career-minded. - Prioritize customer satisfaction and job site cleanliness. - Honesty and integrity are paramount. - Have a "can do" positive and professional attitude. - Take pride in your finished work with an eye for detail. Applicants must have a valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance, and transportation to get to and from the job sites. Must have some tools and be able to lift 50 pounds safely. Employment is contingent upon our satisfaction with the results of your background check and reference checks. Compensation based upon skill level. Bilingual speaking is a plus.
