The Hillcrest, an upscale living community in College Hill, is in search of a filling several positions. Garage/Valet attendant, Freight elevator operator, and front desk attendant.
Employees in any of these positions represents the professionalism and courtesy demanded by tenants, guests and management of The Hillcrest. The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to operate vehicles with either automatic or manual (stick shift) transmissions
-Ability to drive and park in areas of tight turning angles and limited space
-Neat, clean, groomed personal appearance
-Ability to quickly learn the names of the residents and greet them by name
-Ability to lift and carry 35 pounds
-Ability to ascend and descend stairs
-Ability to be on time for scheduled shifts
-Ability to effectively function in a fast paced, often demanding environment
-Ability to perform other duties or job assignments as assigned on short notice
Candidate must pass a pre-employment drug, alcohol and MVR screening
