Landmark Realty, LLC is seeking a highly reliable individual to maintain cleanliness of the Raintree Apartments community. In this position you will be responsible for cleaning the following areas: Main Office Common Hallways Laundry Rooms Entrances Clubhouse Physical requirements include: Ability to walk and stand throughout shift Exposure to outdoor weather Ability to push broom/mop Ability to lift up to 20 lbs consistently Able to climb stairs This is an excellent FULL TIME position with comprehensive benefits including vacation and sick pay. Ideal candidates will posses at least 2 years of janitorial or housekeeping experience but willing to train the right candidate.
