Realtor and new property manager in OOB seeking a dependable handyman to perform repairs, basic plumbing, troubleshooting, and turnovers of rentals when needed to include light carpentry, painting, and installation of new fixtures, etc. I'm also looking for someone who can be on call incase of an emergency. Looking to hire ASAP!
