Need tile installed in kitchen and hallway

Looking for someone to source and install black and white checkered tile in my kitchen and hallway (everywhere the red and black tile currently is). I would like 12” or larger square black and white tiles, installed diamond-oriented. Would like porcelain or ceramic but can settle for a very good laminate or alternative. Current floor is flat and ready to take new tile. Approximate area to cover is 250-300 square feet. See photos for shape.
