Well rounded handyman needed for work at rental properties in Lorain Ohio. Must have own tools and transportation. We need help at a rental property with a make ready for one unit that is coming vacant at the end of this month, including some drywall patching, full paint, some repairs we'd like to make in another unit, some exterior repairs and repairs that come up in the future. You can be full time or part time, as we could keep you busy either way. We just need some help catching up. Pay rate will be competitive and handyman may estimate a piece rate per item.
