Pick up UPS and reship

I have a box stuck in the UPS Customer Service Center (6200 Lockheed Ave, Anchorage, AK 99502) that has to be picked up by a human and reshiped to me in Petersburg, AK. The box contains shotgun shells (ahout 1.5 pounds total) and was mistakenly shipped UPS Ground. UPS can't ship it on to me here in Petersburg AK by ground because shotgun shells are a "hazmat", but they can ship them UPS air (I don't understand that one). But they won't upgrade the shipping method over the phone (I don't understand that one, either). I will pay $50 for someone to get the box and reship it by UPS air to me in Petersburg.
