I have a "Dispositional Hearing" coming up in June. The incident that happened to me happened last Jun 10, 2020 and I need to have a question answered about ENTRAPMENT and two neighbors who made up False Police Reports to the Police. Thanks so much. I need to know if I should make a complaint w/ the Portland Police Department as they won't let me make 2 crucial Police Reports that I need to make and 2. If I should make these reports out or 3. Just explain to the judge what happened and why it happened.
