editing help needed

I have written a memoir and have paid to have it edited three times but agents and a couple of editors say I still need to weed it down, start it differently and write a better blurb. I would be willing to pay but mostly want someone who wants to have fun with this amazing story. That is why I am now looking for some one locally.
