Our Painters Assistant will provide assistance in all facets of the preparation, including masking & taping, as well as priming and painting exteriors. The Painters Assistant will also provide assistance on window repair or additional service requests. Full time position and excellent work will be rewarded with advances in pay and position. Must be able to operate a Single Piston Airless Sprayer. Evaluate, order, schedule, and complete all approved customer work orders. Correctly and legibly fill out work requests, orders, and sign offs. Communicate if a service is greater than your capabilities and needs to be addressed by a crew. Communicate promptly with the Customer. Make certain to hold appointments. Update Production Manager and job tracker daily. Measure and order all service materials. Organize and clean the shop daily. Requirements: Excellent customer service and excellent attendance. Valid Drivers License and insurance with a clean driving record. 1+ Year in exterior painting and 1+ year customer service. Must understand and work well with #'s Must be organized with paperwork and files.
