Essential Job Duties: · Prioritize inbound maintenance requests to inhouse maintenance or vendor when necessary. · Coordinate the day to day maintenance of all restaurants. · Ability to handle minor break/fix issues and common restaurant maintenance needs · Coordinate and manage facility refurbishment, renovations and new buildings. · Supervise, coach, hire and train maintenance employees. · Tracking and reporting. · Monitor inventory and place orders. · Schedule and delegate repairs, replacements and preventative maintenance on all equipment inside the restaurants. · Keep all appropriate parties informed on progress and progression. · Set accurate goals and drive team to meet deadlines. · Ensure adherence to health/safety procedures and policies. · Availability to be on-call for emergencies. ADA Requirements/Physical Standards: · Exposure to extreme temperatures based upon variable weather conditions inside and outside. · Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility and reasonable range of motion such as bending, stooping, standing, walking, stirring, lifting to complete physical tasks related to responsibilities. · Able to safely respond in emergency situations to avoid imminent dangers to self and others. · Safely transport and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. · Safely and frequently work in an environment with prolonged exposure to a hot and damp environment. Safely frequently work in an environment with prolonged exposure to a sub-40 degree (F) environment. · Ability to safely work in environment that includes wet floors, temperature extremes, and loud noise. · Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally and listen attentively to employees, guests, vendors, and visitors. · Ability to give appropriate notice for any need to deviate - in any way - from one's scheduled shift to the appropriate manager. Requirements · Proven experience as a multi-unit maintenance manager preferably in the restaurant industry. · Experience in scheduling and planning maintenance operations. · Working knowledge of HVAC equipment; Forced air systems; Refrigeration repair and overall restaurant kitchen equipment. · Experience managing 1-2 technicians. · Strong written and verbal skills. · Self-starter highly motivated with strong planning and organizational skills. · Proven problem-solving skills. · Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation between locations. · Ability to lift 50 lbs. · Able to work flexible hours and overtime as needed. · Strong skills utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Work and Outlook.
