Established home remodeling contractor looking for a journeyman carpenter DUTIES -Complete remodel projects from demo to finish -Read plans and perform layouts -Framing -Finish work: fixture installation and installing baseboards and crown molding, cabinets etc. -Operate: Reciprocating saw, circular saw, miter saw, drills, nail gun -Cover driving area of Carlsbad and San Marco MUST HAVES -5+ years of carpentry experience working on high end residential remodels -Expertise in rough framing -Expertise in finish carpentry -Ability to measure and cut with precision -5+ years of experience -Ability to read blueprints -Vehicle requirements: Truck -Strong customer facing skills & experience -Able to lift 50 lbs -PPE: Hard Hat;Steel Cap Boots JOB DETAILS -Rate : $30-$35/hr -Typical work week from 7 am - 4 pm -This is a long term position -Mileage expenses covered. -Overtime available
