We are looking for a full-time Journeyman Roofer and laborers/apprentices to fill positions in our company. We are a roofing contractor specializing in both custom homes and commercial buildings. We have worked in this area for over 39 years. We offer a diverse scope of work with plenty of opportunity to learn and grow. Experience in Single Ply, Tile, Shingles, Coatings and BUR systems highly desired. And experience in seamless rain gutters extremely helpful. Applicants must be willing to work in a professional manor and able to get along with team members. We require a drug and alcohol-free work environment; drug testing is mandatory. Ability to pass a background check, as we do some work for schools and department of corrections. Must have means of transportation to and from shop daily. Please respond with resume if available. EMPLOYMENT ELIGIBILITY: ** Minimum 18 years of age ** Successful Pre-Employment Drug Screen ** 2-5 min years Roofing experience required ** Knowledge of all roofing systems both residential and commercial (preferred) ** Basic hand tools / the tools of your trade ** Valid Driver’s License Required (Clean Driving Record Preferred) ** Strong verbal and written communication skills JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for locating leaks and performing professional quality roof repairs in a safe and timely manner, while treating customers and fellow employees with courtesy and respect. REPORTS TO: Service Manager DETAILED JOB FUNCTIONS: ** Maintain site safety compliance ** Develop and maintain good customer communication and relations ** Maintain trucks stocked and cleaned inside and out at all times ** Saturdays during Monsoon season mandatory ** Report and document job progress and completion on company online work order system ** Utilize industry standard manufacturer approved repair techniques ** Complete daily assignments in a timely manner with completion of proper paperwork We are an equal opportunity employer.
