Responsibilities • Providing timely and quality repairs of customers' washers and dryers • Maintaining high-quality customer service and care • Meeting key performance metrics and/or productivity goals • Providing knowledgeable and courteous repair service • Ensures that all warehouse repair policies and procedures are followed • Ensures that the appropriate team member is informed of any item that cannot be repaired • Reviews any repairs/damaged machines, assesses condition to determine whether the item is repairable • Follows established procedures to dispose of unsalvageable items • Looking for ways to improve business performance • Maintaining truck stock inventory within the prescribed company guidelines and standards • Following the truck maintenance schedule and keeping a clean, organized truck Qualifications • 1-3 years experience with HVAC and/or home appliance repairs • In lieu of years experience, may be a recent trade school graduate • Valid driver’s license is required • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Good driving record with no traffic violations • Must have his/her own tools Why You Want This Job • Competitive hourly wages • Company provide truck and uniforms • Performance rewarded • Paid vacation & holidays • Full benefits and 401K retirement plan Lakeside Laundry Equipment is an Equal Opportunity Employer & Drugfree Workplace.
