Looking for Experienced Renovation Crew to Update 2br Apartment

I'm looking for an experienced contractor/construction crew to make some updates to a vacant 2br/1ba apartment located in Millvale. Bids for this job will be labor only; I will purchase and deliver all necessary materials to complete the project. A general overview of the scope of work is as follows: - Install new Lifeproof Vinyl Plank Flooring (approximately 950 sq. ft.) - Install quarteround trim - Install new kitchen cabinets, sink, garbage disposal - Replace existing light fixtures with new light fixtures - Update bathroom, to include new toilet, vanity, and fiberglass tub and surround - Install bifold doors - Light duty drywall repair work The scope of work for this project has already been written and will be reviewed with qualified contractors on the job site prior to a contract being signed. No down payments will be provided. Payment for work will be made once per week based on percentage of work completed. Contractor and owner will agree to a length of time for the project.
