We are looking for Game Masters to join our team! Seattle Escape Games in the Georgetown area of Seattle is an interactive escape game that is open 4 days a week for all the surrounding areas entertainment and team-building needs! We are looking for staff members who give AMAZING customer service, are self-motivated and have open availability Thursday - Sunday 11:15am - 12:30am. This is a FUN job with GREAT pay! Job Description: 1. Greeting and welcoming customers in the lobby. 2. Helping customers sign waivers and pay for games if necessary. 3. Explaining the functions and objective of our games. 4. Putting the groups into the escape games and making sure they know the rules. 5. Watch the customers while they are in the escape room, and giving them a clue if they ask. 6. Resetting, cleaning, and sanitizing the games after being played. 7. Taking a picture of the group that has just finished playing a game. 8. Providing EXCELLENT customer service at all times! 9. Helping to maintain the cleanliness of the Seattle Escape Games overall. The most important requirements are: 1. MUST be at least 18 years of age. 2. MUST have reliable transportation. 3. MUST be around your phone to answer management regarding availability. 4. MUST posses STRONG customer service skills as well as be VERY friendly and welcoming to customers! 5. MUST be willing to work nights and weekends. Our games are reservation-only and have to be booked online at least 60-90 minutes in advance. When games book for same day play or on short notice, it is very possible that you will be called in. We need staff members that are RELIABLE and prompt. The available positions are part-time.
