House on Vashon that we're trying to get finished for sale after a long remodel. 85% ish of the electrical has been completed but it was done by different people, some who may or may not have known what they were doing. Had a guy working there who was apparently awesome (I didn't meet him) but there was some kind of drama there with another guy working there (if you're him please reach out...I'd love to get you paid + get you to finish the job if you're still into it). It's not more than a few days work for someone who knows what they'd doing. I'll be at the house either tomorrow or Wednesday to talk with plumbers, electricians and HVAC guys. Trying to get all the stuff done behind the walls quick so we can button it up for drywall and paint. Please reply with some information that would lead me to believe you know what you're doing when it comes to electrical...I won't reply to "I'll do it" type messages. I'll pay the ferry fare and build in commute time into the rate.
