Plumber needed

House on Vashon that we're trying to get finished for sale after a long remodel. It has been 90%-97% plumbed, but it was plumbed by different people and there are issues (vents missing, minor leaks, etc). There's probably a couple days worth of work to be able to call it 100%. I'll be at the house either tomorrow or Wednesday to talk with plumbers, electricians and HVAC guys. Trying to get all the stuff done behind the walls quick so we can button it up for drywall and paint. Please reply with some information that would lead me to believe you know what you're doing when it comes to plumbing...I won't reply to "I'll do it" type messages. I'll pay the ferry fare and build in commute time into the rate.
