We are a residential remodeling company looking for on site supervisor to lead our jobs.
We specialize in decks, windows, siding and roofing.
You will work directly with your project manager. You will be onsite working with at least one laborer. You will be in charge of the job site and getting the project done.
Previous supervisor/lead experience is required because you will need to be able to complete the jobs and come up with solutions for issues that may come up through the progress of the job.
There is also upward mobility into a project manager roll for those that want to continue to grow within the company.
