1099-contract construction progress photographer

We are looking for someone in the Los Angeles area to help photograph construction sites (4-30 photos per site, depending on progress of construction). We typically have a monthly cycle of requests but requests can come through the month. This position is a 1099 contract position at the rate of $25 per hour. The right candidate would have: 1. a flexible schedule 2. a smart phone capable of taking photos and uploading to our online storage 3. dependable transportation 4. comfort on a construction job site including climbing stairs, walking in mud, etc There is no prerequisite experience necessary.
