Tree Care Company Looking for a Part-Time Ground Crew Member. Mon-Thurs Important Qualities Physical stamina - Must be capable of doing physically strenuous labor for long hours, occasionally in heat, cold or rain. Self-motivated & Team Oriented - Must be able to work as a team & stay on task when working independently. Anticipation - Must have the ability to imagine how tasks can be executed efficiently & meticulously. The ideal candidate will be safety oriented and have a willingness to take direction & learn new techniques. We prefer individuals who are interested in arboriculture.
