Integrity Construction Company is hiring! We are looking for at least two motivated/skilled personnel to fill positions at the company. No experience is fine. Years of experience is fine. We are looking for the right fit! Start dates are asap and are flexible as needed. We work through the winters, and always try to provide a great life for our employees. Our company focus is centered on its employees and the clients. What we do: We do reconstruction/remodels. We do custom installs, reclaimed lumber and Living Walls. We do bathroom/basements/kitchens etc. * We do kitchen and bathroom remodeling. Custom tile shower installs and ONYX panels, etc. * We install Living Walls systems. These are plant walls installed in residential and commercial areas. * We install reclaimed lumber products. We have partnered with two companies that sell reclaimed lumber products in the area, so we do the installs for the clients that purchase their products. This includes barnwood accent walls and ceilings, barn doors, tin walls, mantels, and anything else people can come up with for use of reclaimed lumber. * A big part of our business is the water damage reconstruction. What this essentially means is, we put things back together after a water mitigation/restoration company does all the cleanup and demo on water loss/fire loss situations. This is a relatively "recession proof" construction segment in addition to our custom installs. What we are looking for: We are looking at hiring potentially two people now. One foreman/lead carpenter type preferably with at least 8 years’ experience and one trade apprentice/laborer type with no to 1-2 years experience. We are hiring now and also looking for applicants for the future. Please apply if you are interested. What you do: *** If you have a large amount of experience in one of the below, and a small amount in the others that is great. We are a team and everyone contributes as needed.*** * Finish Carpentry/rough carpentry - Windows, base/case, setting doors, framing, mantels, barnwood installs, etc. * Flooring - LVT, Laminates, Tile, (hardwood install would be a plus but we usually sub this out) * Painting - Experience with spray rigs and able to cut in and roll. Interior/exterior but mostly interior. * Drywall - Small patches etc. If we need to do smaller areas/patches/build outs, we do this in house. But we typically sub out larger installs to a quality company we work with because we’re not set up to do production drywall work. * Wood Fence/Deck Installs/Landscaping - Seldom we pick up fence/deck/landscape projects depending on size/time of year. * Have pride in your work, have above industry standards for your workmanship, communicate well, don’t be afraid to ask questions or ask for help, have good customer service and ability to talk with clients as needed, have a valid driver license (some exceptions are made depending on situations) and get to work on time consistently. * BONUS IF YOU - Window Installation - Large and small window replacement, patio doors. Insurance hail loss windows etc. - Brake Metal/Sheet Metal Work - Trim out windows in metal, wrap fascia boards, etc. – Production Drywall Work Experience - with auto tape tools etc. (we have texture rig etc.) – Hardwood installs – Tile Experience Where we work: We work all along the Front Range. For custom installs, we travel as far as Boulder, Denver. We pay drive time one way for anything over 1 hour from the shop, (in our company trucks, not your fuel). Our shop is in West Greeley off 10th St. Depending on location of jobsite, we typically meet up at shop then travel to jobsite with truck and trailer, or we meet at a Park N Ride and go from there in the company trucks. Time to time we just meet at the jobsite. Our company culture: We are task oriented, so sometimes hours can vary day to day as needed to get things done. We like to stay at 40 hours for the week, although sometimes overtime is needed on certain projects towards the end etc. If we push hard for a few days, we usually try to ease that by showing up late the next day, take it easy hours wise for rest of week or take time off as needed. We are family friendly and understanding of real-life situations, but showing up and working hard is what we strive for every day. At this time, we DO NOT provide 401K or health insurance, but are looking at options for the future for employees. We try to make sure to have fun on site while providing services that are above and beyond industry standards. No cutting corner here. Quality materials as it presents itself, and quality installations. We take the time to make sure the client is happy, and do while having positive attitudes.
