We are an OLCC Recreational Farm looking for entry level cannabis cultivator to join our team. The ideal candidate must be punctual, responsible, motivated, detail oriented and willing to learn. Must be 21 or older with valid Oregon Marijuana Worker Permit. Must be able flexible with schedule and able to work full time. Must be clean, hardworking, organized and HONEST. Must be able to lift 50-100lbs regularly. MUST BE TEAM ORIENTED. Duties include but not limited to: - maintain cleanliness of facility - mix soil / assist with transplants - maintain healthy plants in veg + flower - harvest preparations Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
