Property Management Company seeking a Maintenance Technician for a 130 apartment units in the Sturbridge, Massachusetts area. Applicants must have a great attitude and want to learn within a team environment. General experience in maintenance, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, cleaning and organization is important. We will invest time to teach the job to the right candidate. Good customer service skills and an ability to work independently are important.
Position is 40 hours Mon-Fri - Must be available for after hours emergency on-call rotation and snow removal. Should live within 25 minutes of Sturbridge MA.
