We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic team player to join our maintenance team. This position is full time, Monday through Friday. Minimum Requirements: • Must have a valid driver’s license Duties include but are not limited to: • Interior/ Exterior Painting • Drywall • General Handyman • Minor Plumbing Qualifications: • Good time management skills • Courteous and professional • Reliable and punctual • Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
