A local short-term rental company is looking to hire a part-time handyman, asap. Tasks will involve completing minor punch list items at various furnished properties around town. For example: installing new doorknobs or locks, assembling furniture, unboxing supplies and furnishings, completing minor repairs on the properties, and help with staging, moving, and lifting. Connecting wi-fi and mounting TV on wall. You must have your own transportation and tools and work as an independent contractor.
