Job Overview: Be a part of the babyearth.com team as a Warehouse Worker. Babyearth.com is an ecommerce website that specializes in baby lifestyle and care products. In this role, you will be a part of a small team of dedicated staff playing a key role in helping fulfill orders for our customers. In this role, you will be able to grow with the company and be a part of an organization that places a high value on professional growth and building a strong employee focused culture. In this fast-paced job you will be responsible for safely and accurately pulling and gathering orders of products in our warehouse. You will also palletize the orders, shrink wrap the pallets and place them in the assigned locations. We will provide training and support as needed. Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities: • Selects various merchandise products or supplies from warehouse stock. • Reports adjustments to inventory counts, damage to stock, location changes, and out of stocks. • Marks identifying codes figures, or letters on articles, using labeling equipment. • Transports product throughout warehouse via pallet jack. • Responsibilities include maintaining order selection performance standards of speed and accuracy with minimum damage and maximum safety. • Assists other department personnel in the performance of work activities when peak workloads require or during absences of division personnel. Job Requirements: • Must be able to safely lift up to 50+ pounds continuously as well as pick with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.. • Experience in a large warehouse/distribution company preferred but not required. Experience with pallet jacks, and forklifts is preferred. • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and a drug/physical exam. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $14.50 per hour Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday
