Rehab Construction Helper Needed

I am rehabbing a home I own on Beech Avenue (right by Fullerton Elementary School, zip code 21206) and am looking for a helper to do demolition work, yard work, painting, etc... I work 3 to 4 days a week (schedule is flexible) from 10:00 am until around 3:00 to 4:00 in the afternoon. The pay is $15 per hour. Some experience in construction would be helpful but not required.
