compensation: $80 plus Looking for a reliable detail oriented guy or girl cleaner for Airbnb townhome in Wilmington. Three bedroom, three bath two story townhome located off Oleander near Hinton. We would love a person with flexible schedule. We provide calendar as soon as they book, but sometimes we get last minute bookings. Guest tend to be neat and leave the place orderly, but towels and bedding is the part that takes time. We would offer $20 extra for you to take the bedding with you and always arrive with fresh linens. $80 each cleaning with $20 linen incentive.... Please reply with availability to meet/discuss as well as any social media, etc. We want someone reliable and good at communicating. A plus if you can do light handyman work (change light bulbs, tighten toilet seats, etc.... I look forward to meeting!
